It is my hope that working with me provides my clients with a pleasant and efficient service experience no matter what.
To help ensure this, please take the time to read over the following terms and conditions to help you better understand who I am and the kind of work that I do, as well as hopefully answer any questions you may have about working with me whether it be now or in the future.

1. To protect my time I require full payment upfront before I begin your piece. Special accommodation can be made for repeat clients however keep in mind I never accept less than half the full price.2. Depending on how extensive your commission is please allow me enough time to finish your piece. I will give you an estimation of how long it may take to complete your project upon purchase. (Typically between 1-3 weeks depending on its complexity.)3. Time frame for completion can be sped up for additional costs. For simple projects I may finish sooner than the estimated date though I do not guarantee this.4. If for ANY reason I am unable to finish your project I will refund you the full amount paid to me.5. I do not send step-by-step WIPs. After you approve the sketch you should expect one flat color WIP to revise before receiving your final piece. You are welcome to ask for more though I only fulfill a maximum of 3 requests for WIPs per project.6. I allow for a maximum of 3 major revisions per project in the sketch and flat color stages only. I define major revisions as an alteration that removes significant progress towards completion.7. Once your project is past the sketch stage any refunds or additions are no longer available.
